Welcome — This Is Where Care Comes First

This space didn’t begin as a business idea.

It began with loss, curiosity, and a need to understand how a plant could hold so much relief, complexity, and truth.

I was introduced to cannabis through grief. After losing my father, I found myself searching for ways to regulate my nervous system, quiet my mind, and process a kind of pain that doesn’t follow a straight line. What started as personal exploration quickly turned into education, then advocacy, and eventually creation. I wanted to understand why this plant helped—how it interacted with the body, how it supported people through illness, stress, transition, and trauma, and why it had been so misunderstood for so long.

That search led me to formal study. I’m a graduate of the Saint Louis University Cannabis Science & Operations program, where I deepened my understanding of cannabinoids, terpenes, formulation, and real-world application. It also led me to writing. Because the more I learned, the clearer it became that education and storytelling were just as important as the products themselves.

Today, I’m a published writer with High Times, focusing on topics like women’s health, perimenopause, patient advocacy, and the cultural roots of cannabis. My work centers lived experience. Especially the stories that don’t always make it into clinical conversations or marketing copy. Writing and making are deeply connected for me; both are ways of translating care into something tangible.

Every product you see here was created intentionally. Not to chase trends. Not to overwhelm shelves. But to meet specific needs I’ve encountered again and again; through my own body, through conversations with friends and customers, and through years of listening to people who were looking for relief that felt gentle, honest, and effective.

These formulations are rooted in education, tested thoughtfully, and made in small batches with attention to quality, dosage clarity, and purpose. They exist because I believe plant medicine should feel human—approachable, transparent, and grounded in respect for the people using it.

This website is a reflection of that philosophy. It’s a place to share what I make, why I make it, and the ongoing learning behind it. It’s also a place to stay connected. If you’d like to read more of my published work, including my articles with High Times, you can find those links through my Linktree, available in the Contact section.

Thank you for being here. Whether you’ve followed my work for years or just found your way in, I hope this space feels like what it’s meant to be: thoughtful, welcoming, and rooted in care.

To read my articles, follow the contact link here and that will take you to my Linktree, which has all my socials! I’m always making new things and you can see them there!

Let’s get to know each other! We could all use fellow plant lover friends!

Xo,

Sasha
